Sourcing Guideline

Wärtsilä is managing sourcing events via WeBuy e-Sourcing -tool hosted by Coupa. Invited suppliers will get RFx event invitations from 'Coupa Sourcing Notifications´ (email: sourcing@wartsila.coupahost.com).

1. Respond to the invite

Accept or decline participation via the e-mail notification you have received

2. Authenticate yourself

One time password will be required for you to view the event

3. Accept the T&C

You can provide your response to the RFx once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the event

4. Respond to the event

Provide all necessary details and offers to the event page. You can also post messages and question in the portal, and it will be visible to the Wärtsilä RFx owners.

5. Get awarded

RFx results and updates will be visible to you in the portal. You will also get notified via email in case of awards and other actions we need from you.
