We provide our Suppliers, Agents, Distributors, Consultants an opportunity to report suspicious incidents that violate Wärtsilä's Code of Conduct or the applicable laws to our whistleblowing channel (“Wärtsilä Supplier Whistleblowing Channel”). The channel enables anonymous reporting if the reporter so chooses. The communication within the channel is secured by encrypted messaging.
We invite our Suppliers, Agents, Distributors and Consultants to report concerns related to conflict of interest, fraud as well as embezzlement, bribery/corruption that involves Wärtsilä companies or Wärtsilä employees.
