The integrated part of the main engine supplied with scavenge air from one or more turbochargers. The compressor of the turbocharger draws air from the engine room, through an air filter. From the turbochargers, the air is led via the charging air pipe, air coolers and scavenge air receiver to scavenge ports of the cylinder liners.
