Culture of open communication and respect​

Wärtsilä’s employee engagement index score is 80%. Based on our employee listening, 86% of the respondents feel that they are treated with respect at work, 82% say their line manager acts fairly and 81% are comfortable with voicing their ideas and opinions, even if they are different from others.

Following the survey results, our businesses have carefully analysed the findings and initiated various working groups and improvement activities. Customer success is deeply ingrained in our values and one of the major areas of focus is customer centricity.
