Follow up the performance of your assets and make smarter decisions with fast, easy access your key operational data including trends, event logs and dashboards to summarise and visualise historical engine performance. Data can be accessed both onboard and onshore via an online application.
On-demand Operational Support
Get immediate technical support and fast resolution to technical questions with round-the-clock access to Wärtsilä Expertise Centres. On-demand Operational Support is exclusively available to customers with an Enhanced Support Agreement on a pay-per-use basis.
Receive biannual scheduled maintenance forecasts prepared by experts based on actual running hours and available historical vessel maintenance data. The needed spare parts will be added to order baskets in the Wärtsilä Online platform to make ordering quicker and easier.
