Wärtsilä Gas solutions technical support is a service with fast response to technical operational issues. A dedicated expert will serve the customer to diagnose the operating condition of equipment remotely, on-board or on-site and determine the best possible actions. This service also provide direct access to our technical experts with a 24/365 telephone number for emergency cases.

Services and spare parts

We supply OEM spare parts for the whole gas plant. We have special agreements with many OEMs and keep stock of critical spare parts. You can order spare parts 24/7 by sending an email to spares.wgs@wartsila.com or via Wärtsilä Online Services. With Wärtsilä Gas solutions services, you get fast response time and cost-effective, on-time delivery. Our field service team provides outstanding support all over the world. We have both equipment and process knowledge to do the most complex jobs on-board the vessel or on-site. Our field service engineers are trained and certified by number of OEM suppliers.

We are constantly working on developing agreement solutions for gas solutions customers to cover the wide range of lifecycle needs. We have several different solutions for technical support, maintenance management, operation optimisation, trainings and more.
