How do Wärtsilä engine plants compare to gas turbines on cost, speed to power, and flexibility?

Engines reach full load in minutes and stay efficient across a wide load range, making them ideal for peaking, balancing, and cycling. Modular blocks let you add capacity in small steps, improving dispatch economics and reducing stranded capacity risk, often with faster schedules to commercial operation.
