Wärtsilä Portfolio Business has consisted of business units that operated independently, with the aim of accelerating performance improvement and unlocking value through divestments or other strategic alternatives. As of June 2026, we have divested all the business units moved to Portfolio Business over the years, with Wärtsilä completing two divestments: the Gas Solutions business to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA and the Water & Waste business to Solix Group AB. Wärtsilä Portfolio Business will have no remaining business activities.
