This training course is aimed for marine and power plant personnel who are directly or indirectly responsible for the efficient operation of Wärtsilä engines and related systems who have basic knowledge and operational experience of large medium speed engines and preferably with theoretical education on internal combustion engines.
Course Objective: The participants will understand a main function and components for a UNIC system, speed control and have a basic understanding of Wärtsilä Engine Software Service Tool.
Upon completing the course, the trainees shall be able to efficiently understand the working principles and operational functions of automation and electrical systems in the engine and have a basic understanding of Wärtsilä Engine Software Service Tool.
