This engine training course is designed for staff and crew who need to be able to safely operate the equipment, supervise and perform general maintenance procedures. For employees who need to acquire the necessary familiarity with the design and function of Wärtsilä engines and related systems we recommend the Engine Design and Function training.
General Course Objective: Participants are be able to monitor the Engine W31SG operating parameters, and identify the actions needed to improve the performance. You are also able to safely replace the Engine W31SG components according to maintenance plan and procedures.
