This engine training course is designed for staff and crew who need to safely operate the
equipment, supervise, and perform general maintenance procedures. For employees who only
need to acquire familiarity with the design and function of Wärtsilä engines and related systems,
we recommend the Engine Design and Function training.
General Course Objective: Participants are able to monitor the Engine W25 operating parameters, and identify the actions needed to improve the performance. You are also able to safely replace the Engine W25 components according to maintenance plan and procedures.
