Wärtsilä Corporation cordially invites investors and analysts to attend its Capital Markets Day on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, from 14:00 to 17:30 (EET). The event will be held at Wärtsilä Head Office, Hiililaiturinkuja 2, Helsinki, Finland, and will also be available via live webcast. The event will be followed by a site visit to Wärtsilä’s Sustainable Technology Hub in Vaasa, Finland, on Wednesday, 4 November 2026. Both events will be conducted in English.
The Capital Markets Day will be hosted by President and CEO Håkan Agnevall, together with members of Wärtsilä’s Board of Management. During the event, Wärtsilä’s management will provide an update on the company’s business operations, strategy and financial development.

In-person attendance at both the Capital Markets Day and the site visit is subject to prior registration and confirmation due to limited seating capacity. In-person participation is primarily intended for institutional investors and analysts, while the live webcast of the Capital Markets Day is open to all interested parties. Participants wishing to attend the events in Helsinki and/or Vaasa are requested to register as soon as possible, and no later than 18 September 2026. Participants are kindly requested not to make travel arrangements until confirmation of registration has been received.
