Remuneration Committee renamed People Committee

The Remuneration Committee has been renamed People Committee and its charter has been updated to reflect the changes to its duties. In addition to preparing matters related to the appointment of the members of the Board of Management and their remuneration, the duties of the People Committee now include reviewing organisation development needs and corporate culture alignment with strategy, monitoring talent management processes and strategies, as well as reviewing leadership development strategies and succession plans.
