Fiskars Corporation has informed Wärtsilä Corporation that it has sold 4 million Wärtsilä B-shares. Before the sales Fiskars owned 7,482,300 Wärtsilä A-shares and 11,165,800 B-shares, which represented 28.2% of the voting rights and 20.1% of the share capital.
Following the sales of the shares Fiskars holds 7,482,300 Wärtsilä A-shares and 7,165,800 B-shares representing 26.9% of voting rights and 15.8% of shares.
