Fiskars Corporation has today informed Wärtsilä Corporation that it has purchased 824,146 Wärtsilä Series A shares and 376,333 Wärtsilä Series B shares. Following this transaction Fiskars owns 4,928,000 A shares and 7,746,000 B shares, giving a total holding of 12,674,000 Wärtsilä shares or 21.2% of Wärtsilä’s share capital and 28.7% of the total votes.
