The second update of the Containership model for the Engine Room Simulator is being released! 
Equipped with a Camless Electronic Two-stroke Main Engine, the 2.0 model allows marine engineers, officers and technicians to master the principles of operation and fault diagnosis of engineering and electrical systems.  
Even more refined mathematical model and new functionalities are being introduced: 

Fully re-developed PMI interface 
Auto-tuning 
MOP page corrections 
MPC change over 
3D enhancements 
MOP network and related faults 
Containership with the following characteristics: 

Length: 397 m 
Breadth molded: 54 m 
Deadweight: 185 000 t 
Speed max at 90% MCR: ~23.5 knots 

Being in line with the Wärtsilä sustainability approach, this is one of the cleanest engines currently in existence. The model complies with IMO TIER II and includes a fully functional Ballast Water Treatment System.
