BlackRock, Inc. has informed Wärtsilä Corporation that it has purchased Wärtsilä shares on 10 September 2015 and now owns more than one twentieth (1/20) of the company’s votes. Following the transaction BlackRock Inc. owns 10,019,838 shares or 5.08% of Wärtsilä’s share capital and total votes.
