Wärtsilä will publish the following financial information in 2022:

• Financial Statements Bulletin January-December 2021 on Friday, 28 January 2022
• Interim Report January-March 2022 on Thursday, 28 April 2022
• Half-year Financial Report January-June 2022 on Thursday, 21 July 2022
• Interim Report January-September 2022 on Tuesday, 25 October 2022

The Annual Report for the year 2021 will be published latest on 10 February 2022.

Wärtsilä’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 3 March 2022. Wärtsilä’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
