Wärtsilä Corporation has today, 14 February 2023, published its Annual Report for the year 2022. The Annual Report contains a Business review, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report 2022, a Sustainability review, the Report by the Board of Directors, and the Financial Statements 2022.
The Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has performed a reasonable assurance engagement on Wärtsilä’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3000 (revised).
