About Wärtsilä in Senegal

Wärtsilä in West Africa started its operations in West Africa in 1996 in Dakar-Senegal. In 2004 an office was established in Guinea, and 6 years later another in Lomé, Togo. In 2013 the Mauritanian office was open in Nouakchott. Wärtsilä in West Africa has its headquarters in Dakar, Senegal and a branch office in Conakry, Guinea.

Wärtsilä West Africa provides services for the power suppliers, marine, cement and mining industries. 1000 MW of power have been installed in the region by Wärtsilä. As a services branch, Wärtsilä West Africa operates and maintains 248 of installed MW located in different power plants in the region. Wärtsilä West Africa also provides services for the marine industry.
