Engine X Operation & Practical Advanced

This Engine Operation & Practical Advanced training is aimed for ship engineers and operators who need detailed information about X engines technologies for their daily work and operation. In this course will be additionally focused on the practical work. This course is valid for X Engines 35/40 – 52, 62 and 72, excludes the X 82 & 92 Engines.

Required level of education: The trainees should have a good knowledge and operational experience of RT-Engines.

General course objectives: The participants will learn the function of an electronic controlled 2-stroke engine. They get detailed knowledge about X engine components, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, UNIC-Flex control system, LDU-20 operator interface, cylinder lubrication CLU-5/flexLube. As well the Engine X Operation Advanced course contains simulator training and actual services aspects. Additionally, hands on experience of selected components.
