Our latest technology enables LNGCs to operate on LNG in ECA zones (IMO Tier III) and MDO outside at competitive fuel costs. Recently, the Wärtsilä 50DF engine was successfully tested and shown to be capable of operating on ethane gas, in addition to LNG or conventional liquid fuels. A great example of what lies ahead in the multi fuel future are these Evergas Dragon class vessels, which we will also feature at Kormarine. |
