Wärtsilä LNG bunkering and fuel gas supply system simulator

As the move towards LNG fuel gathers pace in the marine industry, it is essential that crew members are thoroughly and expertly trained on handling the related systems. Wärtsilä Voyage’s training solution uses an uber-realistic 3D LNG Bunkering simulator with automated training scenarios to raise training levels on LNG bunkering and supply systems and onboard safety levels.

Key benefits

  • Suitable for the IGF code training: Certification for basic and advanced training in line with STCW requirements.
  • Prepare for emergencies: Alarms, shutdowns, leakages, disconnection of hoses, overfilling and overpressure in tanks.
  • Run scenarios and practice independently: Perfect for systems familiarisation, refresher training, self-training
  • Easy to set up, scale: Different configurations depending on your needs: from lap-top set up to classroom with full-mission configuration.
  • Customisation: It is also possible to order a customised model corresponding to your system, enabling type-specific training, case studies, and prediction of system behaviour.
