Our service agreements are designed to be tailored to your specific needs, allowing you to choose from different levels of partnership or a day-to-day business relationship.

With more than 19,000 MW under service agreements, Wärtsilä is recognized as the preferred service supplier by customers ensuring the availability and cost-efficient operation of their installations.

By the end of July 2014, the total capacity output power plants provided by Wärtsilä in Turkey is 2,5 GW in Turkey and 1 GW of them are under service agreement. Wärtsilä Enpa maintains more than 100 installations in Turkey and covering a wide variety of land-based and marine installations built around different technical solutions and running on various types of fuel.

Wärtsilä Enpa can provide maintenance and supply agreements to its customers.

Asset Management – Operations & Maintenance agreement An efficient business solution to control your operation is by using an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreement, which is a comprehensive form of asset management. The agreement can be tailored to your needs covering full operation, management and maintenance services as well as performance guarantees of an installation.

Maintenance Agreement - The Maintenance agreement provides maintenance planning and service crews for you by using Wärtsilä global network wherever and whenever needed. We provide fixed prices for inspection, technical support, spare parts, training and maintenance work, but the plant operating personnel is in customer’s scope. Performance guarantee is available.

Technical Management Agreement - The Technical Management agreement provides for inspections, expert assistance and monthly reporting as well as exchange programme planning. We can also provide you with technical support and training through maintenance planning, online condition monitoring and competence development programmes.

Supply Agreement - The supply agreement provides for you access to our global parts distribution network. You are able to order and receive spare parts 24/7, including reconditioned components, wherever your facility is located and with the shortest possible lead time. We can also guarantee the availability of a global network of trained and skilled service professionals with the right tools and onboard/on-site manpower to assist them.
