An Optimised Maintenance Agreement is a tailored to your unique needs by combining the right services and solutions into a comprehensive agreement package. The building blocks are:
A fully remote manageable data collection solution that allows high volumes of data to be gathered from a broad range of equipment. The data is efficiently captured for real-time and historic analysis in a flexible and cybersecure manner. The data is made available through a local HMI and via the Wärtsilä Cloud and is the basis for digitally enabled services delivered through Wärtsilä Expertise Centres.
Enabled by the Wärtsilä Contract Manager, who is a dedicated contact person for the customer organisation responsible for the customer relationship, agreement delivery and execution. The Contract Manager works closely with the customer’s technical staff.

The scope will be tailored according to customer-specific needs.
Provides insight into, and support with, maintaining optimal quality for engine fluids (fuel oil, lube oil and cooling water) by structuring and monitoring analysed fluid samples.
Speeds up overhauls by maintaining selected major components ready when needed, also ensuring traceability of customers' assets. Components are overhauled and prepared in Wärtsilä Workshops by skilled and experienced professionals.
Assists in meeting the technical, economic and environmental performance targets of an installation without compromising operational safety. It leverages a combination of Expert Insight, Fluid Management, maintenance history and inspections to optimise time between overhauls, replacing fixed maintenance schedules with a condition-based approach.
A predictive maintenance service that combines artificial intelligence (AI) techniques and advanced diagnostics with Wärtsilä’s OEM expertise to identify anomalous behaviour. It proactively identifies and highlights potential failures and early indications of equipment deterioration and conditions that cause equipment to run less efficiently.
A service where a dedicated Wärtsilä expert in a Wärtsilä Expertise Centre is available to provide round-the-clock support. The expert can investigate issues together with installation personnel and provide recommendations on how to solve issues.
Scheduled and unscheduled spare parts deliveries including coordination and logistics. Safety spare parts can also be included as an option.
Maintenance supervision, resource planning and execution.
Due to us having many installed engines, this is an effective solution that brings peace of mind with regards to maintenance planning and execution. Also, maintenance budgeting is now risk-free. In this way, we can avoid unpleasant cashflow surprises.
