The Wärtsilä AQUARIUS® EC Ballast Water Management System (BWMS) was installed onboard the Anvil Point, a Ro-Ro vessel, as part of the Type Approval process.
For retrofit applications and upgrades, where space availability can be a determining factor, the modular configuration of Wärtsilä’s AQUARIUS® range was a particular advantage, as well as Wärtsilä’s experience in piping design which guaranteed minimal impact on the vessels existing operating regime.
