Asset management - Operations & Maintenance agreement
An efficient business solution to control operation is through an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreement, which is a comprehensive form of asset management. The agreement can be tailored to your needs covering full operation, management and maintenance services as well as performance guarantees of an installation on land or at sea. Focus is on installation’s performance, availability and maximizing equipment life cycle. We stand by you and ensure your investment’s productivity.

Maintenance agreement
Another form of long-term service agreement is Maintenance agreement. We provide maintenance planning and service crews for you through Wärtsilä’s global network wherever and whenever needed. We provide fixed prices for inspection, technical support, spare parts, training and maintenance work, but the plant operating personnel is in customer’s scope. Performance guarantee is available.

Technical management agreement
Inspections, expert assistance and monthly reporting as well as exchange programme planning. We can also provide you with technical support and training through maintenance planning, online condition monitoring and competence development programmes.

Supply agreement
With supply agreement status, you get access to our global parts distribution network. You are able to order and receive spare parts 24/7, including reconditioned components, wherever your facility is located and with the shortest possible lead time. We can also guarantee the availability of a global network of trained and skilled service professionals with the right tools and onboard/on-site manpower to assist them.
