Anggoro Budi Pramono is one of Wärtsilä’s Field Service Coordinator working in Indonesia. As common for field service experts, Anggoro possess an impressively high customer focus; he aims to make each customer so satisfied they would rate the service delivery as 10 out of 10.
Now, his main responsibility is to lead other Service Engineers working at the field and Anggoro uses his previous field experiences to solve issues together with the team. This previous experience from the field is helping him to fulfill the mission and deliver exceptional customer service.
