Taiwan office established; Mr. Lars Gustaf Martin appointed the first General Manager

March 1994

Service department established in Kaohsiung

April 1994

First engine order from local marine customer

September 1994

First power plant contracted with Tung Chi Paper

February 1995

Capital increased to 15 million NT dollars; over 100MW selling performance

1996

VASA 46 engines installed in FPCC; sales volume over 1 billion

December 1997

Government-owned TPC power plant has been contracted for KIN-MEN island utility; annual sales revenue over 1 bllion

1998

Accumulated 500 MW sales in Taiwan

May 1999

ISO9002:1994 kick-off

January 2000

Mr. Kuo I-Ming appointed Managing Director, the first Taiwanese Managing Director

April 2000

Received ISO9002:1994 certification

June 2000

OpExS team established; ISO14001 kick-off

Acquire ISO14001 certificate; integrate ISO 9001:2000 and ISO14001:1996

Accumulated in related to power plant over 120MW overseas Taiwanese projects

CPT Lungtan turn key project over 1 billion

Integrate OHSAS 18001 into our QMS & EMS system.

Acquire OHSAS 18001 certificate; and advance ISO 14001:2004

March, 2007

Enterprise Resource Planning system, SAP, goes live

Acquire Coast Guard Administration’s two orders
1. 5-year repairing & maintenance order of twenty-tons ships’ ME, GE & Water jet.
2. Special check & ME, GE Life time improving order of 5 fifty-tons ships.
These orders contribute around EUR$4,000,000 to WTW
