Wärtsilä started its business in Taiwan via agent(s) in the 1970s. In November 1991, Wärtsilä Diesel Taiwan was established as a sales office, which is a fully owned subsidiary of Wärtsilä Diesel International. in 1997, Wärtsilä Diesel International merged with New Sulzer Diesel and hence renamed Wartsila Diesel Taiwan as Wartsila NSD Taiwan Ltd. Later in 2000, Wartsila NSD Taiwan was renamed to Wartsila Taiwan Ltd.
Wärtsilä Taiwan actively develops and sells land based and marine power solutions and commits to delivering full after-sales support. We have a fully equipped whokshop for overhauling diesel engine components and have achieved some extraordinary results in local market since established in 1991. We insist to provide the best quality of service to our customers.
