Zero Injury Award 2011
Zero Injury Award is an annual program organized by the Indonesian government to give appreciation to the companies who has succeeded in implementing occupational health and safety management systems and also has achieved zero accidents at least 3 years consecutively.
Y2011, Indonesian Ministry of Labour through Directorate General of labour and inspection has decided on 20 April 2011 that there were 12 companies in the area of Bekasi district that were entitled to receive ZERO INJURY AWARD 2011 and Wärtsilä in Indonesia is one of them.
Ceremonial of Zero Injury Award Y2011 was held on 31 May 2011 which was attended by approx 700 awarded companies from various sectors as such oil and gas, power energy, mining, manufacturing from all over Indonesia and the conferment of Award for Wärtsilä in Indonesia was presented by Indonesia Labour Minister Mr. Muhaimin Iskandar and received by Mr. Rahmat Noviandi as Wärtsilä Indonesia representative.
