Our field service department is made up of highly efficient engineers with the capacity to repair and troubleshoot a wide range of products supplied by Wärtsilä. They are dedicated to customer satisfaction and are willing to share their expertise with our clients wherever they are sent to.
The success of Wärtsilä West Africa’s maintenance agreements is based on our ability to implement maintenance programs (planned routine or curative) that meet the requirements of our customers giving priority to our knowledge of their business specificities (technical, economical, environmental, history).
