Global training solutions from Wärtsilä Land & Sea Academy.
Our global network of training centres covers all aspects of management, operation, maintenance and safety issues, optimizing the safety, availability, reliability and performance of your power or marine installation. WLSA also offers on-board and on-site training. Specialist teams of experienced training engineers structure training courses to meet the individual needs of shipowners and power plant operators.
This training is provided exclusively for Wärtsilä products, for example: engines, propulsion, ancillary units, engine control and automation, monitoring, fuel, and auxiliary systems simulators for both diesel and gas operated installations.
Be it on land or sea, a well managed installation not only means more profits but also a cleaner environmental footprint. The courses offered include power plant operation and management, nautical and navigation, engine performance evaluation, train the trainer and maritime resource management.
