Wärtsilä in Sweden has global product responsibility for all Wärtsilä/Nohab diesel and gas engines manufactured in Sweden. Through the Wärtsilä network, we support power plants, propulsion and auxiliary plants for shipping and offshore in over 70 countries. Additionally, we are the full service provider on the Swedish market for all Wärtsilä products. We are also globally responsible within Wärtsilä for the Volvo Penta engine range.
We provide:
- spare parts from a comprehensive spare parts stock in strategic places around our globe, available through 24 hours service
- factory rebuilt engines that are meeting the legal requirements of today on safety and environmental standards
- technical support and service during the whole installation life time
- upgrading to achieve lower operation costs, increased output and/or comply with legal requirements on safety and environmental standards depending on the specific needs of our customers
- training at our training facilities in Gothenbrg or in the Wärtsilä Land and Sea Academy centres in Europe, Americas and Asia
- service and maintenance contracts on fixed terms including supply of spare parts for installed diesel and gas engines, service on complete mechanical auxiliary systems as well as ships equipment installation. Proposals are always tailor-made to meet the specific need of our clients
