Our service-oriented professionals enable us to provide outstanding field service support – anywhere, at anytime. Our highly skilled field service personnel undergo continual training to be ready to take responsibility for any maintenance task or repair. You can expect short response times and immediate attention to all your questions from dedicated contact personnel at the Veracruz office.

In Veracruz we offer full OEM quality reconditioning for all types of engines, auxiliary systems, propellers and gear components supplied by Wärtsilä and support to other engine types and support equipment, Remote Monitoring and diagnostic support for your installation can also be incorporated in our technical support service solutions.

Our communications centre enables our technical specialists to perform remote in-depth analyses and provide advanced technical support 24 hours per day. This centre is also part of Wärtsilä's Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) concept. CBM is a combination of preventive and predictive maintenance that makes it possible to group maintenance tasks more efficiently and maximize operational availability and safety.
