Cylinder liner & exhaust valve actuator honing
Honing machine for 4-stroke cylinder liners is permanent located in our workshop, and is used for liner overhaul.
Valve seat cutting
Valve seat cutting machine (VRL) is a combined valve seat (VSL) & seat recess lathe (SRL) in one machine. The machine (VRL) is used in our workshop & on board for replacement of original seat with oversized seats. After installation of new oversized seats, the machine can easily be converted to a valve seat lathe (VSL).
Surface grinding
Our portable grinder (CPL) is used for a wide range of services such as:
- Grinding of contact surface between stay bolt nut & cylinder block
- Grinding of cylinder liner landing surface
- Grinding of cylinder cover landing surface
- Milling grooves in cylinder liners and covers
