Our customers in the Irish Republic are served by Wärtsilä from our head office and service workshop in Dublin.
Wärtsilä was established in Ireland the early 1990's, serving both the marine and power generation markets. Our recently extended workshop facilities offer a full overhaul and repair capability for engine components, Wärtsilä field service engineers who are on-call for routine and emergency maintenance, and spare parts store. In addition, Wärtsilä in Ireland operates a number of O&M contracts for our power plant customers in the Irish Republic.
We are also proud to be the location of the first Wärtsilä Bio-mass combined heat & power (CHP)power plant in Ireland, which is located at Graingers Sawmill, near Cork.
