Wärtsilä in Guatemala was established in 1999 in order to develop the power plant industry in the Central America region proving services, technical support and spare parts. Our workshop and office is conveniently located along the highway which leads to Puerto San Jose, South Port of Guatemala, and offers easy and fast access to El Salvador and Honduras.
Today Wärtsilä in Guatemala employs more than 45 persons in order to meet market needs and demands. We are looking forward to expanding our services to the marine industry as the region offers access to the Pacific and Atlantic ocean.
