We offer a fully computerised spare parts inventory and factory trained field service engineers are available for planned routine maintenance or emergency call-outs at any time.
Dedicated service centres and innovative training solutions
Our service centres are staffed with experienced and skilled personnel who can offer technical assistance and advice on all Wärtsilä portfolio products which now also includes the complete range of Deutz marine engines.
Wärtsilä has an Operation & Maintenance section which provides O&M capabilities, ranging from simple maintenance contracts to full operating and maintenance responsibilities, remote monitoring and surveillance as well as servicing.
An important further area of service is the Wärtsilä Land and Sea Academy, which provides training in the operation and maintenance of Wärtsilä machinery.
The recent acquisition by Wärtsilä of Total Automation brings our colleagues at Whessoe Total Automation in Darlington to the group of Wärtsilä UK companies. Whessoe specialise in LNG and LPG cargo level gauging equipment and associated services.
