Wärtsilä Panama Services started its operations late 2006 and our new offices are located at Panama Pacífico, Former Howard Air Force Base in Veracruz, Panama City. Providing easy connection between Atlantic and Pacific Ocean same as Travel Hub for Americas (Airlines and Flights), Wartsila Panama provides service solutions both for ship machinery and power plants in the region and is well positioned to deliver parts and field services and support to customers’ business operations such as service for multiple engine brands in key ports, reconditioning, predictive and condition based maintenance and training.
We are almost 30 professionals – a customer serviced focused organization taking care of sales and services for marine and land-based installations. Our services cover e.g. OEM spare parts, field service, workshop services and technical support for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
Wärtsilä Panama Services provides also automation and instrumentation services for main engines and auxiliary engines as well as services for propulsion systems, including metallurgical repairs, replacement of shaft seals and bearings, overhaul of thrusters units and control systems. Reconditioning of engine components of all engine types is also provided together with Wärtsilä Reconditioning Centres.
