Main Responsibilities:
- Enforce Corporate HR Policies. Define and implement local policies and procedures aligned to
- Corporate ones and Labour Law.
- Ensure employee's data accuracy in SAP.
- Report HR KPIs to Regional Manager and Headquarters
- Responsible for all HR processes in the country: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Recognition.
- Lead special projects assigned. i.e. ISO9000 certification

Catholic University of Santo Domingo 1999-2004
Title: Business Administration
Working experience
Over than seven year of experience of HR managing in three of the most important Multinational companies based in the Dominican Republic; Ambev Dominican Republic, Verizon Domincan Republic and Unilever Caribbean.
