  • Ensure employee's data accuracy in SAP.
  • Report HR KPIs to Regional Manager and Headquarters
  • Responsible for all HR processes in the country: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Recognition.
  • Lead special projects assigned. i.e. ISO9000 certification

Over than seven year of experience of HR managing in three of the most important Multinational companies based in the Dominican Republic; Ambev Dominican Republic, Verizon Domincan Republic and Unilever Caribbean.
