The Product Support group ensures that the two-stroke engines in the Wärtsilä portfolio are kept competitive in the market. Rapid problem solving is essential while engine improvements, up-gradings and power increases are developed and implemented. These activities involve technical coordination between the Licensing and Product Management team and the R&D experts.
The drawing administration group ensures that the lists of main drawings are correct, up to date and transferred into the respective computer system. Requests for alternative executions from licensees and drawing modifications are also handled by this team.
