Wärtsilä Switzerland Service Sales does more than supply parts, we offer a complete range of products and proactive services with the main focus on two-stroke engines. We offer – next to spare parts, tools and consumables – performance optimisation, retrofit and modernisation packages as well as operational support.
We are organised in line with Wärtsilä Global Services on the basis of 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In Winterthur, our sales people and order coordinators work from 07:00 hrs until 19:00 hrs, in five different regional teams:
- The Americas
- East and South-East Asia
- North, Central and East Europe
- South Europe and Africa
- Middle East and South Asia
Technical expertise is ensured by our Customer Support team. Approximately 70 Service Sales colleagues work hard to serve our customers.
