Conditions for use
1. Overview
The 2D and 3D models and drawings downloaded (hereinafter: downloadable files) are for general guidance purposes only. The downloadable files are in the following formats:
File formats supported includes but is not limited to DXF and PDF for 2D material and IGES, STEP, DXF, SAT and WRML for 3D models. A 2D DXF or PDF should always be used to support the 3D models. The downloadable files show typical but not project specific product configuration and pipe, turbocharger, platform etc. arrangement might vary from the final product.
2. Use of the Files
The downloadable files are provided “as is” and “as available” and are for general guidance purposes only. The downloaded files should not be used for any specific project. For project specific installation information, Wärtsilä or the manufacturer of the equipment, must be consulted as deviations to the downloaded files may be needed.
The downloadable files may be viewed, downloaded and printed from the website, provided that:
(a) the files from this website are not republished, (including republication on another website), reproduced or stored from this website in any public or private electronic retrieval system, and;
(b) the files on this website must not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited, or otherwise exploited for a commercial purpose, without Wärtsilä’s express written consent, and;
(c) the files must not be edited or otherwise modified on the website. Unauthorized use of the files may result in a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
3. Variations
Wärtsilä endeavors to keep the downloadable files up to date and correct, however, the downloadable files are subject to changes or improvements by Wärtsilä without notification.
4. Limitations of Liability
Wärtsilä shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever with respect to the contents of the downloadable files, including but not limited to omissions, errors, deficiencies, inaccuracies contained therein, use or misuse thereof. In no event, shall Wärtsilä be liable for any consequential, special, contingent, or incidental damages or injury, financial or otherwise, suffered by any part arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the use of the downloadable files or the information contained therein
