The Manejet EXJ input shaft seal is arranged in a housing so that water pressure is applied on the O/D of the seal. This ensures debris cannot become trapped within the seal, venting and flushing is more efficient and any leakage is contained and controlled. With a short axial length EXJ seals incorporate hard interface materials to resist erosion and abrasion, a separate inflatable option to enable afloat maintenance and split spares to provide a complete seal change in situ.
