Hitachi completes first Wärtsilä RT-flex common-rail marine engine

 


The first Wärtsilä RT-flex common-rail marine engine built by Hitachi. It is a six-cylinder RT-flex50-B engine of 9960 kW output at 124 rpm. It is 9.28 m tall and about 6.1 m long. (Click the picture to get a hi-res version)
